Systems from Siemens are installed on almost all major landmark jobs in Kuwait.
The Engineers are trained at the Siemens factory in Switzerland and are equipped to provide any technical solution required for any type of Fire Alarm requirements.
The Fire Alarm Department handles the Sales, Follow up, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all Fire Alarm Systems supplied by Al-Kulaib Co.
They also have a well maintained inventory of the standard products relevant to the Kuwait Market.
The department also handles other low voltage systems like Video Smoke Detection Systems and High Sensitive Smoke Detection Systems from leading manufacturers in their respective fields. These highly advanced systems are the latest in the Fire Detection Scenario and shows the Company’s capability in providing the latest technology always.
The project department handles the execution of Fire Fighting Systems.
They are fully equipped to undertake any Fire Fighting installation of Sprinkler, Hose Reels, Landing Valves, Hydrants, Fire Pumps etc.
They also have a vast experience in installation of specialized fire extinguishing systems like, FM200 Extinguishing Systems and Foam Extinguishing Systems.
The Project Department also undertake detailed design of all Fire Fighting Systems mentioned above.
They are supported by a Computer Aided Design Department fully equipped with the latest designing AutoCAD Software and large format plotters.
All the Engineers of the Projects team are registered by the Kuwait Society of Engineers and carry valid Kuwait Fire Department Approvals. They have complete knowledge of all KFD Rules, Regulations and Procedures.
The Projects Team regularly follow up all design requirements with the Kuwait Fire Department and handles all the approvals and site inspections
The maintenance department handles the day to day maintenance activities of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems all around Kuwait.
They undertake routine preventive maintenance of many prestigious installations in Kuwait Commercial and Industrial Sector.
The Kuwait International Airport, The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, Major High Rise Buildings, Equate Petrochemical Plants etc. are just some of the major land mark jobs maintained by the maintenance department.
The maintenance department regularly follow up the annual inspections required by the Kuwait Fire Department for proper system functioning on all jobs.
The Sales Department is involved with the promotion, marketing and sales activities of all the major agencies/brands represented by Al-Kulaib Co.
Their responsibility involves specifying the products of each Principal with the Consultant Offices. Specifying and including the product groups in the vendor list of major Petroleum Companies and other end users.
Follow up product approvals from Kuwait Fire Department and other local authorities.
Follow up of new jobs and tenders with the Ministry and in the Private sector and assure business from the Contractors involved in the Project or directly bidding with the end user on specific jobs.
To meet and exceed targets and budgets set forth by the Principals and to meet the demands of the Client efficiently and effectively.
Co-ordination with other in house department for smooth and efficient running of their projects and meeting their requirements by delivering products on time every time.
Sales Department handles the intricate logistics of material handling by forecasting material requirements with the manufacturer well ahead of the actual requirement. Thus meeting tight delivery schedules with relative ease, to the satisfaction of the Customer.
